Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • Requests made within 7 days of delivery.

Custom-printed or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.

3. Process

  1. Email us at hello@404wear.co or WhatsApp 077 66 33 137 with your order details and photos if applicable.

  2. Our team will verify and guide you through the exchange or return steps.

  3. Refunds are issued through the original payment method once items are received and inspected.

4. Delivery Fees

  • If the error is ours (wrong item or defect), we cover shipping costs.

  • For customer-initiated returns (sizing etc.), return shipping is borne by the customer.
